Data controller

What this notice covers

It covers the Lerp IPTV app and the iptv.lerp.cloud site. The app ships no channels, films or source list; the content comes from the source you add.

What data we handle

Account. When you create a free lerp account for premium, your email address, the names and identifiers of the devices you sign in on, and your purchase record are handled in lerp-core. The sign-in code is sent by email.

Purchases. Payment goes through the App Store or Google Play; we never see your card details. We verify the purchase through RevenueCat and give the device a signed premium token.

What stays on your device. Your IPTV lists, channel and EPG cache, favourites and watch progress stay on your device and are not sent to a server. Deleting the app deletes this data too.

The website. iptv.lerp.cloud has no accounts, forms, analytics or ads. Cloudflare keeps technical logs such as IP address and request time for a short period, for security and to keep the site running.

Why we handle it and on what legal basis

• To provide the account and the premium entitlement: entering into and performing a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c).
• To keep things secure and fix bugs: legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f).
• To answer the messages you send us: legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f).
• To meet legal obligations: legal obligation (art. 5/2-ç).

Account data comes into being when you open an account and the purchase record when you pay; device data stays on your device.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only as far as needed with providers that help us run the service: hosting (Cloudflare), email infrastructure, app stores (Apple, Google) and purchase verification (RevenueCat). We may also share it with the competent public authorities when the law requires it.

Transfers abroad

Some of these providers have servers outside Turkey, so your data may be transferred abroad. We make such transfers on the basis of the safeguards set out in KVKK art. 9.

How long we keep it

We keep your Lerp IPTV membership data for as long as the membership is open. When you end it in the app, the membership and your Premium record are marked deleted and removed afterwards. Your lerp account (your email address) is a separate record; to delete it entirely, write to hello@lerp.cloud. We keep email correspondence for at most two years. The lists and progress on your device go when you delete the app.

Cookies

iptv.lerp.cloud does not use cookies. There are no analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary technical cookies to protect the site from malicious traffic; these are not used to identify you.

Deleting your account

In the app, Settings → Lerp account → Sensitive actions → Delete my account ends only your Lerp IPTV membership and your Premium record; both are marked deleted. It does not delete your lerp account (your email address). To delete your lerp account entirely, write to hello@lerp.cloud.

Children

Lerp IPTV is designed for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; if you notice that we have, write to us and we will delete it right away.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you can ask to:

• find out whether your personal data is processed and, if so, get information about it,
• find out the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• know who it has been transferred to, in Turkey or abroad,
• have it corrected if it is incomplete or wrong,
• have it deleted or destroyed,
• have corrections and deletions passed on to those it was transferred to,
• object to an outcome against you that results only from automated analysis,
• claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.

Send your request to support@lerp.cloud. We answer free of charge within 30 days at the latest.

Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. If there is an important change, we announce it on this page and in the relevant app. The latest version is always at this address.
